About Me & The Work I Do
I didn’t burn out because I wasn’t capable.
I burned out because I was highly responsible, deeply committed, and trained to push through — long before I knew how to listen to my body or respect my limits.
For years, I worked in design and construction project management. High pressure. Long hours. Constant problem-solving. I was good at it, and I paid for that success with exhaustion, disconnection, and a growing sense that something wasn’t right.
After major losses, multiple interstate moves, and a serious car accident, I had to confront a hard truth:
I had built a life that looked functional on the outside, but my nervous system was running on survival.
Slowing down wasn’t easy.
And it wasn’t quick.
What changed everything wasn’t leaving my career or opting out of responsibility. it was learning how to work with my nervous system instead of overriding it.
HOW MY WORK EVOLVED
As I healed and rebuilt my relationship with myself, I trained in life and business coaching and Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy. I spent years supporting women through trauma, stress, and identity shifts — and I started to see a clear pattern.
Most high-functioning women don’t need to be “fixed.”
They need regulation, boundaries, and integration that is taught in a way that works under pressure.
Insight alone didn’t help my clients hold boundaries.
Motivation didn’t stop the crash after success.
Rest alone didn’t undo years of urgency.
What worked was helping women build capacity, so they could stay present, grounded, and self-trusting even in demanding environments.
That’s the work I do now.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with women who:
- Are capable, intelligent, and responsible
- Work in demanding or male-dominated environments
- Are tired of pushing through at the expense of their health or relationships
- Want to feel steady, clear, and connected without quitting their job or blowing up their life
These women don’t want fluff.
They want something that makes sense and holds up in real life.
MY APPROACH
My work is practical, grounded, and paced for integration.
We start with regulation, which means helping your nervous system come out of constant urgency so you can think clearly and respond instead of react.
From there, we build boundaries your body can support, not ones you understand intellectually but can’t hold when things get stressful.
And we focus on integration, not quick breakthroughs. I care about what shows up in your day-to-day life:
- how you make decisions
- how you communicate
- how you recover from stress
- how you stay connected to yourself while staying engaged with your work
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to yourself with more steadiness and choice.
WHAT I BELIEVE
I believe:
- Burnout isn’t a personal failure, it’s a nervous system response
- You don’t need to quit your job to feel better
- Boundaries are physiological, not just emotional
- Sustainable success requires safety, not constant pressure
- Change that lasts happens at the pace your system can integrate

I’m a trained life and business coach and hypnotherapist, with a background in high-pressure project management. More importantly, I’ve lived this work — and I continue to practice it every day.
